Taco Dash Shipping Policy and Freshness Guarantee

Shipping Process and Delivery Times

Processing Days

All orders have a processing time of 1 to 2 business days (preparation and vacuum sealing) before being shipped.

Shipping Window

We ship every business day. 

Coverage

We ship to 49 U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Ultra-frozen shipping is available for $20 USD.

Carrier

We use specialized FedEx ground and air services to ensure the speed and safety of refrigerated transport.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your order’s tracking number once it has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment’s progress.

Freshness Guarantee and Package Handling

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition—meaning, completely frozen. Our dry ice packaging is designed to maintain the product below freezing temperatures for up to 7 days in transit.

Damage Notification (6-Hour Window)

If the package arrives with evidence of total thawing, severe damage, or any quality issues:

  1. Take clear photographs of the product, the box, and the remaining dry ice.

  2. Contact us at ventas@tacodash.us within the first 6 hours of receipt to apply the guarantee.

Warranty Exclusions

The freshness guarantee does not apply in the following cases, as they depend on the customer or the carrier:

  1. Incorrect address provided by the customer.

  2. Delays caused by the carrier if the customer provided incorrect address or contact information.

  3. Failure of the customer to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

  4. Inadequate storage after receipt (if the tacos are not moved to the freezer immediately).

Resolution

In the event that damage covered by the Freshness Guarantee is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost during the next shipping cycle. We do not offer monetary refunds in these cases, only product replacement.

Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products (flash-frozen), we do not accept returns once the packages have been shipped. All sales are final.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they are in “Pending” or “Processing” status before the shipping date. Once the package has been labeled for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses the delivery of the package, Taco Dash will not issue a refund. The package cannot be resold due to the breach of the cold chain.
